the Greenwich Japanese School
Wednesday, November 28, 2007
9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Organized by the Greenwich Japanese School
in collaboration with
Global Education Resources and
Gabriella and Paul Rosenbaum Foundation
The Greenwich Japanese School (GJS) has held open houses since 2000. These events have provided the U.S. education community with opportunities to observe mathematics and science lessons. This year, the open house will offer research lessons in Japanese language arts as well as mathematics.
In addition to observing research lessons, participants will have an opportunity to learn about lesson study, observe regular classrooms across content areas, and experience the workings of a Japanese school and its educational philosophy.
